LIked everything except for that fireplace…takes up way too much space.
A nice built in with added storage around would really keep with the modern look and feel.

The fireplace and the wood are the things that went right in this house. The floor and cabinets look out of place and I wish they would have kept with the warm amber colors throughout. I would never remove the fireplace because that gives this house charm. Fireplaces are an expensive feature and should always be maintained whenever possible. Most flippers bang the charm right out of their flips and I am happy to see that they kept some Vintage features in this sweet house. Otherwise it might just look like a trailer.

This is very cool. Love it!

Fireplace is unattractive. Kitchen cabinets look like they belong in a colonial tract house. Outside is cute.

Only 600 sq, feet and one bedroom for that price? are you kidding me? shave off a hundred thousand, and ask a more reasonable price of 70,000 instead . then you’d have my interest..

Dominick Bundy, it’s California… Have you looked before at the prices in that state?

Let alone a tourism area like where this is located where real estate typically goes for higher premiums…

Most of the pricing of real estate is usually for the land, not the house… So property in high demand areas can go for extremely high prices… Even small properties can go into the millions if it’s a very high demand location…

Very nice home. I was surprised you could find something that reasonably priced at Lake Arrowhead! Dominick, it’s that location, location, location thing!

Like the house. Surprised that anything with 600 sq ft is only $169 k unless it is a crappy apartment. 🙂

Wish I had a reason to move to Arrowhead! Perfect!

Actually, probably the worst thing about that house is the way the toilet looks like it’s jammed up against the wall. I hope you don’t mind sitting on it turned to the right so you have room for your left leg!

Beyond that it’s actually pretty nice. That fireplace probably does a great job heating the main room in cold weather.
