Wow… I think I’ve got a new favorite… it’s well laid out, has an actual useable bathroom, the kitchen is well planned, and as noted, tons of storage… some very clever uses of space as well. I love it when people pay attention to the details.

    Thanks!

It’s all in the details with a tiny home!

Wonderful, this is exactly what I would buy, very roomy and well designed. As a 5th wheeler, it is easy to tow.

Very nicely done! Gooseneck is the way to go I would think…seems like it would be more stable, easier to tow and less stress on the trailer & the vehicle towing it. Clerestory windows are fantastic for air circulation too…especially in FL.

This has to be one of the nicest tiny houses I’ve seen! One of my two favorite types of tiny homes with a Park size being the other. Very well built and I can’t find anything negative to say about it. Love the wood trim, the drawers in the stairs, the kitchen, the bathroom and especially love the fact that there is no loft to cram myself into. Perfect for an older gal like me.

Very nice looking house & I also appreciate that the bedroom had so much headroom. However, I fail to see the point of having the gabled roof in the front of the house if you aren’t at least going to put a storage loft there. More weight and complicated roof lines with the only possible benefit being the extra windows and light. You could get light in the front living area with just an A frame roof with skylights on each side.

for some of us, light is everything, more important than storage. With high ceilings you also have the impression you are living in a much larger space and can hang art if you wanted to. this is an amazing place, without an overly large kitchen. Not in to cooking so big kitchens for me aren’t that big a deal. This house is truly lovely. Would be easy to live in Will go into my favorite list, in case I every have a small house built for me.

Well, I have been watching the evolution of the Tiny House for about 8 or 9 years. I comment every once in awhile. However, I MUST SAY, this is the most comprehensive build I have ever season. There are more TH features all in this ONE house, which I find amazing. I am positively moving this one up to my “for certain favorite.” Well done to you. Well done.

I know I’m repeating what’s already been said but this is my new absolute favourite THOW. It’s got everything I want and it’s an RV class home so it tows on the road with a more or less regular vehicle. I think I’ll need a Ford F250 to handle it all safely.
That said, it’s got my dream full height bedroom just a few steps up in the goose neck, a wonderful bathroom and all of the space and design features I want and need. Right now my quest is for land in Ontario where I can park my future THOW and live in zoning approved peace. Then maybe this is the home I go for. My previous favourite was a park model that restricted mobility as you all know somewhat. I’ve been researching municipal land use bylaws one township at a time trying to find one where I can just slip one or two of these marvels onto the land, make the necessary hookups, or build the needed services and create the family retirement property we’ve dreamed of.

In some areas of the country, B.C., if its on wheels it can be parked on land which has restrictions on building because its on wheels. Some people have used them in the Agricultural Land Reserve (ALR) If something is on wheels one could say its only there temporarily and the definition of temporary, well we all have our own definition on that one.

I kind of agree about the front gable. However, my dream home TH would be this home in the modern version which would probably take care of that. It just keeps getting better and better.

I’m sorry, did I miss it? How much for this remarkable THOW? I would like to know if you make all off grid models?

I have a 40 foot part model trailer that I have made designs to build a tiny house on that are almost exactly like this except my loft over the bathroom opens up to an upper deck and the drawers open up into the bathroom for story. as well since I like to bathe I have mine with a walking tub most excellent job, nice to see one done that is so very close to my designs. Void that earlier comment please

It wasn’t that long ago that this home was featured here, with a video, and it was being delivered to the new owners. Now it’s for sale? Wow, I wonder what happened that it’s up for sale so soon. It’s one of the nicest ever featured.

I really like the contrasting window frames. What type of windows were used and are they operable?
