This is Tilde Potoms’ multi-functional roll out tiny house design. It includes a queen sized murphy bed on wheels that rolls out!

In addition, this micro house design includes a roll out wardrobe, relatively spacious wet room, kitchen, and desk. One end of the home includes the roll out bed, roll out wardrobe, and a door to your bathroom. On the opposite end you have your kitchen and desk combo unit which can easily hide when not being used.

In the center you have two large windows and an open floor plan with built-in floor storage. Pretty cool, right? Please enjoy, learn more, and re-share below. Thank you!

Hi Virginia! Not sure what you’re question is but to try and clarify:

You pull the bed out (it rolls) and then the unit comes down just like a murphy bed.

For the closet/wardrobe, you simply pull it out and it comes out too to reveal the contents.

As for the bathroom I believe a sliding door opens so you can walk inside. Hope this makes sense.

I think it’s really cool and unique.

This is quite something. Maybe not for me but the ideas are really great. This took a lot of imagination and I can certainly appreciate it.

I’m with Virginia here. The photos don’t explain anything. And what’s with the blinking photo? I can see it is two different walls. How do they relate?

Alex, your explanation helps a little. As I understand your explanation, the wardrobe pulls out for access, then slides back into the compartment. I think I understand that the bed unit does the same thing, then folds down across the width of the tiny house. I still don’t get the bathroom (wet room?). I am guessing it doesn’t pull out. But how do you access the bathroom when the bed is pulled out?

Kitchen area? I still don’t understand it from the photos. And can someone stop the action photo? Make it 2 photos, before and after or option one and option two. The action is giving me motion sickness. The links don’t expand on the ideas; they are just the same photos.

Unique is not always a good thing.

Fascinating! What an ingenious use of space! The interior dimensions seem to allow for the Murphy bed to extend further into the space to be able to access to the wet-room. And as the kitchen lacks water and refrigeration, this home design would be better described as a vacation getaway (a cooler, two dishpans, a mini BBQ and a folding table for outside – would get most relaxed people away in mother nature for a week).
The challenge for this to become a home, is to adapt this design with a fridge/sink/cooking space and a dining/relaxing space. Add an oriental carpet, and Bob’s your uncle.
Thank you Tilde Pottoms for this innovative entry to our community think tank.
