nice trailer but the gym part could be left outside so there is room for a couch and kitchen equip.

If the gym was outside then it could only be used when the weather is good but that wouldn’t work for an athlete/gymnast who needs to do daily workout routines…

Mind, this is in Vermont… The seventh coldest state in the country where the annual snowfall averages between 60 and 100 inches, depending on elevation and which part of the state this is in… The summers can get pretty warm but the winters can get to −50 °F…

The generally moist climate would not be good for gym equipment either, if left outdoors…

But there is a reading nook for sitting and there’s enough room in the kitchen for all the basics and the owner can still prepare a pretty big meal with the 4 burner range and oven…

While there’s always the option for additional furniture that can be moved out of the way or the owner could always convert the space from the gym to a larger living room and/or expand the kitchen if they ever change their priorities/lifestyle…

Overall, it’s a pretty standard design. Though I like how the exercise elements are incorporated. I would definitely put in a rail on the stairs.

However, the bathroom design is awful. Sorry. Squeezing into a tight space to use the toilet, which is right next to the kitchen and the ‘door’ is just a series of open slates…all perfect for contamination. Then, if I haven’t poisoned my guests, they can take a shower and bare their all with that huge body-sized window.

Love the design. It looks like there is a solid door to the bathroom with the slated door going into the shower. A lot packed into that small space

If you look closely at the pic of the shower with the doors open, you’ll see some reflection off of the doors. I think there’s glass on the shower side, with the wood slats on the bathroom side of the door.

And I’m forced to agree about the huge monocle window–a beautiful view of the outside, but the outside gets a n0t-so-beautiful view of whoever’s showering…let’s just say the world isn’t ready for a view of me in the shower!
