This is the King’s Loft Tiny Home by Tiny Houses of Washington.

The THOW is their first model, built to RV codes with beautiful finishes on the inside. My favorite feature is the focal wall in the living room with a faux fireplace and perfect spot for a TV. The home is currently for sale, so it could be yours!

There are also tons of details (including price) on the last page about the finishes, appliances and more.

I really love the touch of blue and the classy front door.

The door was something I rarely see in a THOW!

I really love this THOW; so classy and so many unique touches! But, why no pictures of the upstairs loft? That’s always my favorite piece of the photo gallery, especially if they include a picture of the “below” part of the tiny home from the “above” part.
    I’m a little bummed about it. 🙁

The roof line of the loft doesn’t match the roof line of the outside picture. I always like to see all 4 sides of a tiny house as well as the loft and outside storage areas.

Hmm that is odd! These are just the pictures they had on their website all under “King’s Loft.”

No, you just can’t see the whole roof from the front view shot… You can see where the roof splits over the kitchen area shot that shows part of the loft…

The roof line just meets on the front side but splits going back to the other side and you can’t see this from the front view because the photo is taken from someone standing on the ground and the loft roof area doesn’t stick up high enough to be visible from that angle…

Loft areas are often divergent from the rest of the roof to maximize headroom but are a trade off in roof design and can add cost to the design… Though, some like the way such arrangements look for visual appeal… and I agree, photos from all four sides are preferable and give a better idea on how the house was designed… along with potential features that may be hidden from view otherwise…

Where do you find all these tiny houses to post?

Hi Sophie! Usually from readers or builders who send them in, sometimes from realtors, sometimes we find them searching online for “tiny houses” etc. 🙂 It depends on the day or even the week. If you ever see something you think we should share, send it our way to [email protected].

You should credit who sends you the houses or which websites you got them from.

Hi Marlee — If you check out our “Resources” right under the pictures on the last page, we always have links back to the original sources/builders/owners etc. 🙂 Also in the description at the top I mention this is a Tiny Houses of Washington build. If someone sends us their personal home, I will always say at the top they sent it to us as is the case with this house: https://tinyhousetalk.com/gypsy-mermaid-diy-tiny-house-built-for-just-15k/ And I always credit the pictures to the source and hyperlink to them, which you can see right under the first and last picture in this post and all our others.

I like this both inside & out. Also like how they laid out the kitchen. Nice!

Yes I thought the kitchen layout was great — something different, at least!

Very classy. I myself like rustic thows, but I can definitely see where this would appeal to many people.
