This is the Hobbit House at the Wee Casa Tiny House Resort in Lyons, Colorado.
The home was built in Tennessee by Incredible Tiny Homes and now lives at the resort where you can stay for a few nights (or more). Enter through the traditional round hobbit door where you’ll find a cozy living room, compact kitchenette, spacious bathroom and loft bedroom with a stunning hand-crafted hand rail. You can even enjoy second breakfast with a felt Frodo!

Walking through the door feels like coming home.
Two beautiful round windows mimic the door.
Look at that beautiful twisted wooden rail.
Kitchen has the basics: Microwave, mini fridge and stove/oven.
Another look at the railing to the loft bedroom.
The faux ivy ads a fun woodland touch to the home.
Loft is spacious enough for a queen-sized mattress.

Sleeps 4 (One Queen plus a Full-Size Foldout Sofa)
The Hobbit House came all of the way from Tennessee (not Middle Earth, sorry) to join WeeCasa in Lyons! Features a queen-size bed in a loft accessible by stairs plus a fold-out sleeper sofa on the main level. Kitchen includes a 3/4 size fridge/freezer, 4-burner electrical stove/oven, microwave and sink. The large bathroom features a stand-up shower, flush toilet and sink. Plenty of built-in storage and earthy accents. Air conditioning, heat and electric fireplace heater! Built by Incredible Tiny Homes from Morristown, TN.

Just wondering about the Ivy…How is it attached and the source info? It would look great on my upcoming Castle design as well as the Ahoy French Country book due out the 15th.I could edit the Ivy into the next copies at Blurb. I am sure it is an after setup application as road trevel would do damage…However it would enhance the tracking of your travels as there would be Ivy scattered wherever you go…

I’m sorry I’ve commented so many times. The Ivy isn’t a good idea of you are wanting to travel a lot because it will come off. I believe it came from Amazon.com.
This was built by Incredible Tiny Homes from Tennessee for one of their workshop customers (they let customers come to the factory and live there for 6 days to do most of the work on their Tiny to save $8-$10K off the cost)… Btw, the Hobbit doll was made by the owner and is named after Randy, who is the owner of the Incredible Tiny Homes company.
The vines were put on during the finishing of the exterior and was installed before they completed the roof overhangs… All that leafy stuff is on top of a curved part of the roofing to give it that shape… You can check their youtube channel or facebook page for the progress videos they posted on it…
They’ve done a few hobbit models, each a little different as they do each model custom for the customer and what design elements they want… The last two were the biggest with one being over 10 feet wide, not sure if this is that one but it’s one of the two latest they’ve done…
They answer questions if you need more details, so either contact them through facebook or their website… Company is still growing, still very much a start up, and they’ve about to move to a new location as part of their first expansion but he hired 5 people to help him with the office work so they should be able to get back to you pretty quick if you contact them directly…

The Ivy was glued to rubber that was attached to the rounded eves. The faux ivy has a mesh behind it and also has a green plastic frame that was screwed on as well. I hope that helps.
The ivy was put on during the build BEFORE leaving Tennessee !! 1500 miles – Glues & Screws 😉
