We nicknamed this one the “Boho Home”. The owner completed the shell herself before bringing it to P&N for completion, making this home a challenging, yet rewarding build.

Photography tip: make sure the house is level *before* you set out the front door steps and potted plants. :-p

Maybe it is just an optical allusion that the rig is tilted as the line of the stairs is even under the door.

I like a number of the ideas used in this build such as the storage cubby used as the front wall divider in the loft bedroom — gives privacy, storage and safety in case you are an “active” sleeper, it would keep one from crashing down onto the floor. The only way I see up to the second loft is to “rock” climb the wall — I guess that would be fun for a child, but I would think would become an annoyance after awhile. I suppose one could try and climb up the nic nac book shelves instead. I like that feature by the way, nicer than just shelves. I also like that it has a full size refrigerator. I am not sure about the tub surround material. But all-in-all a nicely done rig. Thanks for sharing.

I always wonder how easy it would be to reduce sound up in the loft?

Hello! Does anyone (particularly the owner!) know what kind of range/oven insert is in this house? Thanks for your help in advance!
