This is a really nice, clean-lined, modern THOW. Good job! Of course, there are always things on-lookers would do differently – for me, it would be to make the counter extension a fold-down, but that’s just me. Otherwise, this THOW is top drawer in *MY* chiffonier!
One of the things I’ve always had problems solving is finding the optimum spot for the heating unit. I’m not crazy about the location, here, but can understand it. Cheers!

It certainly is an awesome home 🙂

I love this floor plan but I would get a bigger sectional for the couch and under the stairs I would put closets or boxes for more storage. I’d maybe reduce the size of that table space. I’d have to really see this to decide for sure.

This tiny house looks amazingly spacious for 24′. It’s got great lines, a stair and a real bathroom. (Although, I don’t see the shower.) Nice. Like it.

you will see a corner of the shower pan in the 3rd to last shot, page 2, view from the kitchen into the bath (on the right). looks like a generous 4′ or 5′ shower…..and what a beautiful “barn door” closure for the bath.

the only thing that always bugs me is:
*where does the mop and broom fit?
*and why are the windows always so goofy? (never seem to work right on the exterior)

Lovely! I was wondering, if I was to go the route, if I could build a rollout under the counter with a mattress that folds out, or two rollouts, one sponge mattress and use the loft for storage (and tuck my feet under the counter? and replace the stairs with a closet with a stair case that folds out from a storage unit? I’m not much for climbing. Then, again, why not just have a junior size or medium size sofa that folds out into a bed? Your ideas show that you gave a lot of thought to your project.

if you asked them to switch the door and side window, you could fit a queen or king bed/frame on rollers underneath the living room, raising it a mere 18-24inches above the floor, depending on bed clearance/mattress thickness required. Company comes, you just roll it back under….(says the woman who won’t always make her bed, and has bad knees for loft living).
