Beautiful stairway, especially for some of us older people. I agree with Mary, the drapes are nice, but should have mini blinds, so as to stop some of the hot sun. Sun too hot coming into such a narrow space. Enjoy . . . .

Love all the windows but the most effective way to keep the sun out is having awnings, shutters or shades on the exterior. A shade canopy over the whole structure that allows light and views but keeps the sun from getting in would be really effective. The temperature between the window and interior covering is going to be very high on sunny days and that will eventually make it’s way through, as well as losing your light and views.

With so much light wood to open the tiny house UP, why do people choose black or dark appliances, trim and floors to CLOSE the tiny house? This defies good architecture. Maybe it’s what the customer wanted and was happy with – who knows. Also, the website is configured poorly. If you click on a particular house (Texas-Style), their aren’t any floor plans or base prices listed. I won’t take the time to email a company unless I see base prices listed. I want to see base prices, standard inclusions, upgrades, etc… Give me good information and I’ll become a customer.

Hi Janet — Incredible Tiny Homes does all custom builds, so these are examples of their custom homes. It’s hard to have a base price when they make everything to customer order. That being said, the homes they’ve made sell between $25 and $45K. — Tiny House Talk Team

Nice windows. The drapes are dramatic and theatrical but not practical for every day living. However, I really like the stairway and the two bed scenario and the bath. Nice arrangement.

Any additional info available on building the staircase? It appears to be one of if not the most popular feature.

I absolutely love the open feel with the drapes. Makes it look like you live outside but your inside away from bugs. 🙂

Love the dark floors too. Modern looking.
    Thank you for sharing!!

Very nice. This would make a great home. The windows make it appear bigger, and I would prefer the drapes/curtains. There are many curtain options for keeping the heat or cold out. For me, the curtains soften the look. It’s very livable…
