Takes it to the basics for sure.

cute but very small. I am looking at 600 sqft on a 30 ft trailer. I want more room to enjoy nature and friends.

It appears to have a tiny footprint, two floors, and a ladder between them. I see on Estately that there are approved plans for a larger house, so this might be a place to stay while you build that. It doesn’t look very comfortable though.

This one needs a little work. Rustic is an understatement. Maybe a little paint. For $29,000 no thanks. My neighbor built something similar for less than $2,500, his is nicer & on more land.
