This is a tiny tree cottage in St. Augustine, Florida.

It’s an Airbnb rental on the upper level of the structure. Can you imagine building a home like this? You could live in one unit while renting out the other! Pretty cool, right? It could literally pay for itself and you could live mortgage-free while still having a mortgage. Lol!

This is the story of Grant, a young man who started designing and building his own tiny tree house at the age of 11. By the time he finished it, Grant was 13 years old. Enjoy!

“It was inspired by the work of Deek Diedricksen and Wranglestar’s online videos”, says Grant, age 11, as he began what would become a three year project- all in the cradle of four trees.1

This is the Playa Viva Beachfront Treehouse by Artist Tree Homes located at the Playa Viva Resort in Zihuatanejo, Mexico.

Although I can see something like this being built inexpensively, especially if you build it yourself, this is a luxury vacation unit that’s pricey to stay in (unfortunately!).

But I still thought it was so cool that I had to show it to you so I hope you enjoy looking at it at least! So please enjoy the tour, leave a comment, and learn more about this treehouse in the resource links below.
