We shared “just off the lot” pictures of the house earlier this year, but now the family has made it home! Be sure to check out the original post here, and then enjoy our picture tour of the finished version below. Plus, read our interview with Carmen about their transition to tiny life at the end of the post. She has a really great story you don’t want to miss.
Melinda chose the builder’s 26′ Clear Creek model and customized the colors and features to her needs. It has two lofts (one for sleeping, one for storage), a large living space, galley kitchen and a bathroom. I loved her storage stairs because they open into a large hanging closet space rather than smaller drawers — clever!
Take a look at the pictures and get additional details and builder contact information below. Enjoy!
It is the company’s 24′ Clear Creak model that includes stained pine ceilings and white bead board walls. The bathroom and kitchen live on either end of the house, creating a luxurious living space in the center. All it needs are Adam and Emily’s finishing touches and decor to finish making it a great little home.
