Wow! So simple so much living space, just enough kitchen, and what a nice bathroom. Only thing I do if I could order one is put on a shed roof to open up the loft space. Way cool, and the porch!

Though this is too small for my needs, I have to say that I am continually impressed with how well smaller tiny homes utilize their space. Tons of storage and that kitchen is perfect!

Ladder to the loft=fail for me.

It looks like you could fit a cabinet stairs outfit right where the ladder is/pushed towards the kitchen, if you put a twist in it. That would give more storage for kitchen stuff and (with a shed roof for more head room) safer access to the loft…

Although I am not a compost kinda guy, I have to say this house does have it’s appeal, and I even find it cozy….!

Does the porch detach for transport?

I’m not positive, but you could ask PAD about that detail if it’s keeping you from getting the plans. — Tiny House Talk Team

Thanks, Natalie. I did contact PAD & will let you know what they say. Also found a great article about insuring tiny homes on their site.

This is really cute. The only thing I’d change, aside from all the wood-color inside, is I’d put in real steps leading up to the loft. You could still keep the closet, just put the opening where the shelves are now. Plus, you’d add storage under the stairs. You could also add a dormer on one or both sides in the loft, for more space. Very tidy design though!

Something so small. Wonder why these aren’t being prefabed. Shipped to you–they can be lifted by suspension points and placed on your trailer or foundation. Costs can be brought way down…

    Is there a fridge?
    Would want a washer dryer.

And…I would probably turn that bench into a pull out bed. Loft would be storage. Not enough designers think of the elderly, and disabled, who can only afford this type of housing, or less.
