This is great! I could live like this! Thanks for showing smallish places with ground floor bedroom and adjacent restroom. Love it!

This tiny house is beautiful and I would happily live in it for the rest of my life!
So spacious and excellent use of space. Someone has great designing ability and I would love to have them do one for me, now all I need is the money to do it with.

    This isn’t tiny IMO
    How is this tiny

Depends on your perspective doesn’t it? Sure, it isn’t the size of a tiny home on wheels but it is far, far away from even being within cooee of a McMansion now isn’t it?

And, it has been designed as a holiday/getaway place rather than a permanent home.

I love it and I don’t really care for western design. Very livable.

Very cute and kitschy – I’m sure that many people who have never been to the South West USA will love their “Wild West” vacation in the UK. Great way to capture a niche audience. Beautifully executed to give the vacationer the ‘feel’ of tiny and roughing it, without giving up any of the luxuries of modern on the grid living like flushing toilets and a hotel like shower – after all – it IS their vacation.

Although I am not fond of the unpainted section of this home, I absolutely love the kitchen and rest of the layout. The deck railing is great too. Nice job. I could definitely live happily ever after in this place.

Yes… there IS a shower… the picture showing the bath is in fact taken by the photographer from the shower zone, … and the shower heads are to the left on the black tiles. 2 of them in fact.

Aside from the décor, it is cute. I love the lit’ kitchen with windows coming and going. As I see this for the first time, Nov 14, I am struck with the lit’ fire stove. Even here in FL. I wish I had one in my living room.

Yes yes yes! I love everything about this one!!! I could live here and it’s perfect for when I build cottages and start renting nightly to visitors to my farm. The way they added the shed roofed building, for the bathroom and bedroom, onto the round roofed gypsy wagon shaped building, is brilliant! Even the way it is painted and decorated works for me. Sharing, saving, drooling!

This is totally cute! My husband and I are nearing 70 and climbing up a ladder to a loft bedroom is out of the question but this charming home has solved that issue. A lot of tiny homes it seems are built for the young and young at heart but for a lot of us that are rickety boned and needing to pay homage to the white porcelain throne throughout the night just having the bed and bath on the first floor is most ideal. This looks spacious enough for 2 without really getting in each others way or on each others nerves. I love the outdoor space and the fact that there is a pocket door or a barn door between bed and bath saves a lot of space for me. Also the bathroom looks pretty spacious for a tiny home and I love the wall boards. It looks to be very easy to clean since the space is less than what I have to keep clean at this point in my life. This is a lovely and well thought out home, IMO, and I would love to have the plans for it. All I would add would be something to hang clothes in as I don’t think I saw any in the photos but there might be some closets. Great job in bringing it to our attention and sharing this wonderful home!

LOVE IT! Hey Paul, Do you have an estimate or information on the cost of this home (and others when you post them?) I’m trying to save up and am curious how far my money will go.

Awesome! One of the best small houses I’ve seen. Love it. Small, yet very useable kitchen. I’d cook in it – and enjoy it.

I really like the bump out in the back. The tiny house on a trailer thing I could live in for awhile but after awhile, it would feel cramped. This is a great idea because it is still tiny but gives you a bit of girth. For me this important because I have a substantial amount of books and that portion would be turned into a cozy library. Colour scheme on this is very nice.

One of the more incredible tiny home designs that I’ve seen, though there is way, way too much “stuff” inside for my taste. I love the wood inside that place and how the red accents play off of it. Nice place.

Really great . . .and I don’t like Western decor. Super job!

A very nice layout, but I have to agree with another commenter regarding the decor. Cornwall has quaint fishing villages, loads of history of smugglers and sea rescues, outstanding cliffs and coves with baby seals…and they put stereotype American western decor in this??? Was there any thought whatsoever toward the rich local history and perhaps a nod to what tourists to this amazing area may prefer to see?

At least it’s not too over the top. Easy enough to switch to kitschy lighthouses and fishnets if the owner enjoys that sort of thing. The tin exterior and lovely deck are wonderful, although the ropes seem to indicate an initial maritime flavor instead of ki-yi-yippee?
Cornwall is stunning. With some appropriate decor, or just neutral, this could be a house I’d never leave. Loads of light.

I am building a very small studio. Finding a ceramic topped electric range is difficult, and terribly expensive. Would like info on the one in this house.

Can’t tell what one is in this but a guess would be a Baby Belling. They are basically a small ceramic topped stove with a couple of hobs in top. Designed originally for small kitchens, studios apartments and the like. Look on the internet and you should find some photos and information.

The definition should not be limited to relative size. Overall cost, carbon footprint. environmental impact and a host of other considerations must come into play. Coupled with the not necessarily true idea of being ”””green”, the desire for rational and affordable housing needs to discredit ” second home ” and “vacation home” and even “place for the dog sitter to stay” any leading ideology. It’s the men and women owner builders, recyclers and free thinkers that should be in the front row. I like to look at the pictures. If it costs more than $100 per square foot, it has lost justification.

BRAVO BRAVO !!!! I feel I would be qualified to say, (as an artist, designer, mom, jr engineer, OH…. AND A PERFECTIONIST), this is by far, absolutely PERFECT, DEAD ON, NAILED IT TOTALLY !!!
When looking at the first five pix or so, b4 the ads, lol, I was wowed. EVERYTHING WAS; proportionate, beautiful, warm, inviting, calm, and wanting for nothing !!! Had thought, initially, the couch was used for sleeping. AND THEN, O M G !!!!!! SHUT UP !!!! WHERE DID THEY GET THIS, HOW COULD THIS BE ???

I have high standards and set the bar high, so I’m not allll that impressed often, aside from,” that’s very very nice.” This does not even belong in that category: KNOCKED ME OVER, HIT ME IN THE CHIN, DRAG ME TO THE SINK, BUT WAIT FOLKS…… THERE’S MORE…… OH, NO THEY DIDN’T HAVE A FULL COMPHY BEDROOM AS WELL ??? BRAVO BRAVO !!!!

As a skilled and creative individual, I’m not one to support cookie cutter “stuff.” if you will. HOWEVER, {AND ONLY BECAUSE OF THE IMPORTANCE & NEED/PURPOSE), the ability to provide ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING, FOR SAY A FAMILY, IS HUGE !!! Imagine what a positive & powerful impact having numerous dwellings available like this one, would be for a family that’s just been displaced, lost the head of the household, or other life changing events ??

In its purest of forms, HOME, (past, present, and future), is not, nor should ever be determined, simply by brick and mortar. Rather, HOME, no matter how big, small, cost, or convenience, is the place, (even if it’s just a moment), where you and those you love can lay their heads, in the spirit of unity, love, and support. That you’re in a good place, (figuratively), a safe & serene place to stay. Safe from natures whispering winds, giving you & others time to figure the next move. What a difference that would make. And to all the philanthropist out there, I graciously wish to thank you, for all that they do do already. This would be a real game changer, to take my idea and bring it to fruition.

    Much Respect, Chanel

They did a great job in creating and keeping the western/wagon theme. Since it isn’t going to go down the road, a change that I would have made is adding one more corrugated panel to the width (approx. 2′). The extra width would have made the primary living area and kitchen much more comfortable at a nominal cost. The bedroom and bath add-on is perfect.
Keeping it small (if not Tiny). Good job!

Yes there is a shower, & quite spacious & pretty. But my question is wheres the fridge? Is it camouflaged behind one of the lower cupboards? This house is very nicely built & designed. As long as theres a fridge we’re golden.

It’s dreamy. I love the house, and who wouldn’t want to live in Cornwall? As a Californian, I’d just move the wagon wheel and the saloon poster, and Bob’s your uncle! I’ve had all the wild west one person can process. I’m up for some cozy Cornwall and this looks like IT. Beautiful job on this home. I love the luxurious bath, view from the kitchen sink, outdoor spaces….
