Do you know of any tiny house builds in Arizona?

The amenities on this house vary greatly from the one shown for 16k. What is the general price range for this model home? This is really nice but the website we are directed to doesn’t show this model and no prices are shown.
Also, this doesn’t list what all comes with this model, nor the dimensions of it.
Am interested in how long this model is, whether it comes in other sizes, etc.

I’ve been wondering when someone would figure out to use the corner dining/bench seating! I like your designs and that a nice, well designed home is built for a moderate price.

Hi this is nice…even when we camped the small fridge was not enough, glad to see one larger…..I like the bed downstairs, I’m to old to climb…The question I have is now that they are licensed as an RV why can’t you put a slide out to make the living area slightly larger for comfort? But this is nice….congradts!!

I question the inclusion of a porch in this and similar tiny house designs. Where the success of a tiny house design is dependent on the intelligent use of interior space, throwing space away on a porch does not seem a smart move. A collapsible porch of larger size would enable the tiny house to be transported and also provide practical outdoor space when parked.
Ladies and gentlemen you can have your cake and it eat it too!.

They built our cabin too! I have to say that we like our layout much better. Galley kitchen, larger living room, bedroom with built-in closets, loft, beautiful floors and t&g pine throughout with many upgrades! 396 sq. Ft.! Very reasonably priced. Less than 50 K with delivery! Excellent craftsmanship!

Glen, you are absolutely right! We did exactly that when we ordered our cabin. We put the entry door on the side, did away with the porch and incorporated that area into the living room. It gave us a lot more room! You can always ad a floatog deck later. Also stone canyon is also a certified RV builder which is helpful especially with the push to build all tiny houses to RV code. It even has the placquard affixed to the side!
