Snug and Sweet $16,000 THOW For Sale

This is a Snug and Sweet $16,000 THOW For Sale.

DirtPatchHeaven on YouTube found the THOW for sale during her travels and posted a brief video tour of the 160 sq. ft. space. I loved that this “standard” style tiny house has the side-by-side bathroom and kitchen, but with the bathroom door facing the living room instead of the food prep area. It’s certainly tee-tiny (probably a 16 ft. trailer), but it’s worth taking a look!

You can call 706-498-5830 for additional information, specs, and to purchase the house.

If you look up the number you’ll find that it is from Compact Cottages from North Carolina, which is funny because she toured one of their other Tiny Houses in the video titled, “Tiny House With Perfect Stairs and Tons of Windows!”, where she commented that they should put a bracket on the ladder to keep it from moving… which they apparently did in the new one here ;-p

Also, if anyone’s wondering, the one across from it is from Clayton Homes, Relaxshacks channel also did a tour of this Tiny House, “Tiny House On Wheels For Sale- $16k”, and made note of that when he was looking out the window…

I think that is absolutely amazing for the price, looks nice inside, not much living room, but you could put an oversized chair and maybe a tv on the wall opposite with a swivel mount so that you could see it from the loft? Seriously, where are you going to get a professionally built home for that price? It would be especially good for one person and a pet or two.

What is the silver thing on the counter? Is it an oven? It seems to be sitting behind the two burners. I would have liked a better look at the kitchen, but definitely a terrific house for the money.

It’s a downdraft vent… It’s another option besides the usual over head range hood vent… They’re not new but were out of favor for a number of years and now they seem to be making a comeback…

Some like them because they also provide a splash guard, they can be retractable and slide down into the counter when not in use… Handy for stoves set up on islands, etc. that it’s hard to place an overhead vent or when a window is in the way of a through wall vent option…

      Could be a convection oven/toaster?

I wish I was a resident of the Area this trailer is in and of course being American would be a necessity because I would snap this little home up instantly, sight unseen. The video convinced me right away. Some insulation would likely be required for Winter but other than that it looks in good shape!
