I like the use of space but I am not a fan of multiple colored woods and I can definitely see myself falling off that tiny balcony or hitting my head climbing out the window. lol

Love it! The wood cabinetry is beautiful and I love the little open cubbie hole that would be great for a cat box. The balcony is a bonus! This one is perfect for me.

Especially if the cat box VENTED the AIR to the OUTSIDE (screen?) – and even had a little door on the outside so it could be cleaned either from the inside OR the outside, lol! And, BTW, LOTS of LITTLE dogs can use a version of the cat box, too. Its really worth while training a little dog to use a similar box when in a THOW 🙂

That sink! I’ve been thinking I have to make a choice between one large, or two small. I choose sink number 3! Thanks for sharing this.

    Genial.

Beautifully done !!! So , silly question at the other end where the balcony is – where the bed will go , ? Lol.

Belinda, the bed goes in between the two built in night stands & lamps. Perfect spot!

I love the house! But I think I would much rather have the balcony at the LRoom end & go thru a sliding glass door, than having to climb over the bed, squeezing out on hands & knees. Only the 4-legged members (3 cats & a dog) of my household could use the BRoom balcony. Sorry. Love everything else tho.

Serious awesome! The tub is bigger than usual which I love. The wood is wonderful and the loft looks huge, like a dance floor. Love your design, the balcony and everything else.

Exquisite wood details! We lost count of the different wood types… is that purpleheart in the kitchen! Flame, birdseye, clear… wow! Nice job!

    Double-sided tansu stairs. Sweet!

Nice job! Nice job! Nice job!

This is the bomb!!! Totally love everything about! I have one lil question ~~ I noticed the little balcony door had a lock on the “outside”, I couldn’t tell if there was one on the inside as well.

I like it! I’m not agile enough for the little balcony but you can bet there would be some pretty potted flowers happening on it. Love the varied woods and I saw the combo w/d. Good build.

I would screen the balcony in and use it for an outdoor space for my cats. They would love it!

    @Nancy
The lock you see is on the inside of the door. The door swings out not in. This a beautiful home. I like the tub / shower and all the wood work is amazing.

I’d like to know what types of wood were used for the cabinetry, if someone can comment?

Also, I will also say I’m not a fan of multicolored woods, as one poster noted. However, I am fairly impressed with the manner in which the pine ceiling in the bedroom (bluish wood) was used and finished. It’s actually attractive. Very nice home, guys. Good design.

WOW, this thing looks huge! Nicely done… full-sized appliances and that soaking tub… super nice… I’m diggin’ it.

  • August 29, 2016, 10:08 am

Great looking home! I love the the full size appliances in the kitchen, the soaking tub looks amazing and love the bathroom fixtures!! I love the stairs you can access to both lofts and the fact that it has handrails on both sets of stairs. I would probably do the same thing with the porch as Judy, I would definitely add pretty potted plants maybe even some tomato plants out there. The sheriff’s house was done up nicely!! Carol???

I never realized in it’s last showing that it had been called the Sheriff..! If that’s supposed to be the Sheriff’s jail may I be imprisoned in it….!

Amazing THOW. Great use of space — very usable kitchen, for the size this rig has it all — I really do like the stair treatment to the two lofts and the built in dog or cat bed. Exceptional use of space, great design and well built. Super great job on this unit. Thanks for sharing.
