Absolutely beautiful, nice yard too. This is what I’m looking for in the Valley area of LA, but for a long term rental 🙂

Thanks. Me too. So Cal is making it very difficult for Tiny House living, but it will happen 🙂

Definitely beautiful. It says for rent. How much a month for rent and does it have 2 beds in the loft?

If you look at the pictures you would see that it is so.

Note that picture 1 has a window and picture 2 does not.

Also states above it can sleep 3 people.

As for how much for a month, go to Airbnb (there is a link to it in the article just before comments) and click on the calendar and see. Being in New Zealand and doing that it came up with a grand total of $NZ 4620 which is according to xe.com at today’s rates $US 3365.55 so, definitely not cheap for a rental.

Laura A, the photos show one bed in each loft. I imagine a third person could sleep on the downstairs seating area. This is a very nice little house. I love it.

After looking at Airbnb, I see that the rent is $115/night on weekends, minimum 2-night stay. Discount for longer rental periods. One loft has queen bed, other loft has single bed. No need to camp out on first floor seating! Ladders to lofts are steep, so not suitable for some. Still love the clean, uncluttered abode.

I really like the stairs to both lofts. I would make one suggestion to the home owner though, have the lower “steps” fold up onto the landing. This would free up valuable storage under, and in front of the landing (like their current stowed position) as well as making them convenient to (napping/late sleeper/early to bed) bedroom occupants when stowed.

Looks like it sleeps up to 5 to me. Perhaps a misprint? Very nice, though.

That’s an interesting TH! I like the set up of the stairwells where one can take away the bottom steps to create room in the living area and still looks good. Nice idea and great job both inside and outside. A cozy home to die for! Three thumbs up!
