The loft! I love those windows, they’re my favorite. Looks roomy Is that shiplap, and if it is (downstairs) will someone please explain to me what exactly it is? They talk about it all the time on Fixer Upper but I’m not exactly sure what it means. 🙁 Thanks!

From Google 🙂 ” Shiplap is a type of wooden board used commonly as exterior siding in the construction of residences, barns, sheds, and outbuildings. It is either rough-sawn 1″ or milled 3/4″ pine or similarly inexpensive wood between 3″ and 10″ wide with a 3/8″ – 1/2″ rabbet on opposite sides of each end” — Tiny House Talk Team

I like this place but that tiny kitchen sink is useless and I always was a w/d, not a combo either, and dishwasher. Being tiny does not mean go without.

I really love how clean and spacious this Tiny seems. I would want a lrg deeper sink as needed w/o a d/w, and I think that stairs to loft could have been fit into this design also. I love the standard bath and space in kitchen with just shelves as this makes appearance of space also and is so much nicer. It would leave more space with apt. size ‘fridge also.
