I prefer to look out a window when I stand at the kitchen sink, but the video explained that they put the plumbing in the middle of the structure for efficiency and to better distribute the weight. I can appreciate that. The panel construction is interesting.

The main problem is that they are classified as campers so they can not be lived in year round. I think they are great but if you own one all you can do is go from camp ground to campground and go north for the summer and south for the winter. I have heard so many stores that zoning laws do not let the tiny camper homes to stay on the lot unless you turn in plans to build a house. then you can leave it there until you get the home built. you might want to check out zoning laws where you are going to put it and you can just ad a room on so that might solve the problem. I just think they are too small and soon you will realize that and move to a bigger place and sell the small tiny house. It would be really good if you planed to trail around the USA and see every state and stay there until they tell you to move on or it gets cold and go south. I like the tiny homes it would be good to go to a park and stay there all summer and then take it home and stay in the big house all winter. I just need as as I am getting older now need a big bedroom and a office and even a big bathroom. Like the garage to put the car in too.

minster John Ruland, no… It depends where but Tiny Houses are generally not classified as campers.

It’s more that they don’t fit the traditional categories and thus they often fall into the gray area of the zoning laws and thus it depends on how the local authorities choose to interpret them.

So some places may consider them a RV but others have recognized them as residences.

It is still a challenge in many parts of the country to find a place to live full time all year round but there are places around the country where the zoning now allows them and those options are slowly growing in number.

For size, it depends on the each individual but there are people all over thew world living in even smaller spaces and people have lived in similar size structures through most of human history.

So what’s too small is really just a matter of opinion and what you’re used to… Believe it or not, there are people who have the opinion that even a tiny house is too big.

Really like this one but I’m not fond of Murphy beds so I’d rather have a daybed with a nice window across from it. Love the ofuro.

What is that thing underneath the sink? A dishwasher? A frig? And I don’t see a way to cook food!!

Chuck, I think the ‘sink’ with something under it and an extractor fan above is a ceramic (or similar) hob, the sink is on the central bit. So maybe the thing underneath is an oven, though it could be a dishwasher. It does look a bit odd!
    I like this tiny.
