love this, but would have to work 3 jobs to pay for it. I like the idea of bed and bath on the same level, and everything else on a higher level. Beautiful!

Holy doodle! If that’s rustic I’m an amoeba! That is some kinda fancy schmancy! Nice. I like the raised sitting area but it might lead to delusions of grandeur and vague urges to wear a crown!

Right, hahaha, I love the over-the-top elegance plus gummy bears and Crunchberries in the jars.
What about guests – do they sit on the kitchen counters as they talk with you roosting high above them?

I love ever single thing about this TH! Love the pull out bed and the raised couch! The bathtub – the kitchen! All well thought out uses of space and a rustic elegance!

I was already to dislike the house only by the title. Not a fan of Rustic, but this little house is beautiful! I love the light walls and the kitchen is perfect. But, above all I love that there is NO loft. I’m an oldie with bad knees and ladder are just not an option for me. I’d like to know more about the stairs/storage/bed. The stairs look a little iffy for me. (Bad balance) and I would want a light color on the stairs also. I’d also would want the bed to be on rollers for ease of use. I went to their site would have wanted to see a bunch of their designs including Goose neck, but couldn’t find all but one on sale and it had a loft.

Don’t like the raised living area, too high. One step to hide the bed would be okay but always climbing up to the sofa isn’t my style. Same like a loft bed.

Perfect. This is exactly the layout that I have been collecting bits and pieces for. It has everything I could wish for…and more. I went to their website and couldn’t find this one. I did find that prices start at $79,000 and wanted to find out why. Online. The only thing I could find is contact them directly and they will talk to you. Did anyone else find this house?

I can really say that this is quite an unusual set up, but I wouldn’t call it rustic, except for the floor and living room area. Now that is what I call a good layout. All these drawers and storages, and the bed as well. YEAH! Nice work!
But I am not too keen on those plants above the tub, are they real? I love plants, since I have plenty in my apartment. Other than that, I would say Good Work!

i like the idea, but not the execution. I love the idea of not having a loft as I currently do, but rather a couple steps up and a pull out bed. but I agree with what was said above, this is just too high.

Well, it’s interesting. Tiny Heirloom does a beautiful job of any design they create. I wonder where the entertainment area is located in perspective to the raised living area? Can you see a flatscreen from the couch? Also, the area above the bathroom seems to be wasted space. It’s used for display but should be more functional in such a small space. Love the bath, the W/D and the idea of the bed pulling out of the multipurpose space.

BEAUTIFUL! I LOVE the pull-out bed on the main level (and not having to cart bedding up & down tiny stairs for laundry day)… could you pull it out a little, put a couple sofa pillows on it and there’s your main level seating?
I like stairs that convert / slide away, but why do so few people design something to hold onto when going up?
On the other hand, using that upper loft space as either office or reading nook would be very cool – like cats who like to get up high – if there were storage up there. I’d get cozy and then realize my notebook was down below…
Some very nice ideas here – obviously a concept house, not enough storage & useful features to actually live in, but lovely – thanks for sharing!

I not a fan of dark wood. I would get rid of dishwasher. I would put the small cabinet next to refrigerator . Remove sink and window. I would put sink on other side looking out of front window. Then next to small cabinet I would put small apartment size stove. This way I could have small eating area. As for loft I would put bed there and use other pull out bed as couch and extra bed for company. Just my thoughts.

Overall this is quite stunning for a chic modern look. When you start to add elegance and expensive fixtures etc… The price goes up as like anything else. If this exceeds a price of 50
K max, well then you are dealing with spending all your savings , going into debt by putting much on credit cards or trying to secure a loan. It is important to remember ‘ tiny living ‘ simpler means and affordability’ ‘ financial freedom’ .. Right? As I said I think this is stunning and very well done with a few slight additions. Storage, workspace and possible flipping of the bed and couch.( I like the idea – not sure how practical and also for privacy issues) – well done though.

Now, this is a nice compact home. Love the dishwasher. Are those live plants over the “vintage” style bath tub? I bet, if they are live, that it is a natural way to scent the bath area as well as the kitchen.

Did I see pull out steps to get to the loft? And, how do you tie down the furniture so it doesn’t slide off while being towed? Same with the dishes within the cupboards?

I didn’t see where the big screen TV would go. Perhaps some sort of railing could be installed on the end of the LR loft where an Entertainment Center Console could be placed as well as anchored down? That would then be a great living room feature.

Don’t see much rustic, but stunning, gorgeous.

I don’t think rustic means what they think it means. LOL

It’s a bit glitzy to be rustic, and not my style, but they still had me at “clawfoot soaking tub”. The living loft is an interesting variation, but the pull-out stairs seem kinda chancy, and I’m not a fan of having to pull out and set up my sleeping space each night.

Honestly, I’d rather have the seating below, and the bed in the loft. You don’t need full headroom over either a sofa or a bed….maybe something like we used to cobble together out of our dorm furniture in college, where we’d elevate a bed by propping the feet on the dressers, then put a small sofa underneath?

marble does not flex. Meaning that if the trailer is moved you will end up with cracked or broken marble. Also all objects not behind doors, glued to floors or what have you will fall down when the vehicle. So you pay what $100k to pick up broken stuff?

This is very beautiful and well designed. Cracked me up about royalty in the upper throne space! Not sure about the pull out bed, but it’s nice to see a different design that is really well done.

I just stayed in 3 different styles of tiny house w/my husband for our anniversary. One with a loft style lounge area, which was our favorite of all the seating areas. We found outrselves hanging out in the loft area of another tiny house with extra space in the loft. We stacked up the pillows & made it our sitting area. We had no opinion towards a lofted sitting area before but now after experencing it, we really enjoyed it. On that note, the claw foot tub is a gorgeous design, but if you’ve ever showered in one you know that it sucks. Good for baths not for showers. I wouldnt do a claw foot tub unless you only plan on only taking baths.I think this house is a beautiful design. But definitely not rustic. Marble counters are more traditional. Maybe farmhouse chic. I love the plants in bathroom. I agree the loft above bathroom looks like wasted space.
