I have a beautiful 60 acre parcel bordering National Forest land with a tiny 2 story cabin, timber, power, gorgeous mountain views & abundant wildlife for sale literally in the middle of Montana nestled in on the south side of the Big Snowy Mountain Range. Priced to sell at $265,000.00. E mail me if you want to know more & to see photos.

Would love to live there! How far is it from Grand Junction?

Mmm you’d have to contact the landlord. I don’t have an exact address.

If it’s 5 miles from Hitchkiss, then it’s 60-70 miles to Grand Junction.

As for winters … what do tiny housers do when they get snowed in, possibly for weeks at a time? There doesn’t appear to be enough storage for food, and winter coats and boots themselves take up a lot of physical space. There’s also a need for tools or other household items.

I think a small shed would be pretty important if you had a tiny on any decent sized piece of land! That and a pretty heavy duty truck 🙂

You’d definitely need to brave the cold! Yikes.

Beautiful land and scenery! Too bad it’s not up here in Northern Ontario Canada!
