Earlier I introduced you to Graham Wales’ Inaugural tiny house and his new company East Coast Tiny Homes. (Update: East Coast Tiny Homes is no longer in business).
His mission is to custom design and build the perfectly suited micro home for his clients on an individual basis.
To kick things off he has already designed and built his first micro cabin on an 8’x20′ trailer (see below).

Well it is a cute house. But I would have to make some changes to it. First the washer removed from bathroom and move toilet back against the wall where washer was. Next get rid of dishwasher and put frig there. Put microwave on counter and put a drawer in its place. Remove one closet so you have more living room. Get rid of the pull down in kitchen.
Looks like the greed factor is also added into this price. This is what angers me about housing, everyone wants add a outrageous mark up. DO it YOURSELF and save.
Hi, was just wondering about your on demand water heater and what brand it is? Do you have to hook it up outside the building to vent the gas? Why did you choose this water heater?
Do you also build 300sq ft homes? I live in North Raleigh and want to build a tiny house. Just saw your episode air on diynetwork and I had to ask.
