This is Raw Design Creative’s Homestead Tiny House on Wheels — with two folding decks!

This build includes one of the most interesting bed/living/loft situations I’ve seen. On the ground floor you have a queen bed, and then above it sits a lounge area which features a couch that doubles as a twin guest bed. There’s even another storage loft over the bathroom. Take the video tour! Great news — it’s for sale.

Very impressive, it has a lot of features inside and out. Well designed.

I love how different this is. And it’s a good idea to have you climb the stairs at the beginning of the day instead of the end when you’re tired👍

Interesting overlapping of three different use of space, above the middle and the upper and the lower surface with target double bed, I see too narrow would be a perfect destination storage, racks etc.

OK this is brilliant, I just love how much storage there is and space, for such a small space ! The outdoor space is fantastic also, do laundry outside (live in So Cal) ? I’m in !

As long as it’s warm, outdoor laundry would be great!

Very nice design and lots of storage space. I like the idea of the bed and the loft area, seems to me that some folks would have trouble getting in and out of the bed being so low to the floor, But Hey! It’s not in the loft!

Haha yes, at least not the loft 🙂

It has indeed some interesting design features like folding decks, window covers, roof shape and more. However, the cramped sleeping places are still there and sleeping on the floor is a no go for the elderly. Probably stairs aren’t either.
I still believe, that a lift up bed above the living area is a compromise which works well for a 20′ foot print. This helps to reduce overall height and leads to better proportions.

I believe I have seen this TH before. I liked that every space has been used to create a comfortable home. Also glad that the fan is not directly over the stairway! A job well done!

This is such a creative layout! I love the separate levels as well as the outdoor living space. The toilet paper shelves crack me up!

This is probably the best work I’ve seen in the tiniest house. I’m building one on a trailer 8 feet longer than this, but I have to say this is very impressive and well thought out.

One thing that always puzzles me about cramped sleeping spaces like the one below the “mezzanine” – how the heck do you make the bed!?!?!

    How much does it weigh?

The only mods I would do would be to have a composting toilet and I would put legs or support when parked for the decks. Don’t want to put the stress on the wires for long time.
