This is the Rennes modern tiny home design by Novadeko Modular Homes in Australia.
It’s approximately 20′ x 11′ and has about 218 sq. ft. of interior space.
When you walk inside you’ll be in the living room and dining area.
Straight ahead is the kitchen. And to your right is the bedroom and bathroom.

I love how clean the layout is, and how simple. There are a few things that could be improved, IMHO:
1) Make the bed a Murphy bed (fold down from the wall). This would open up a lot of space.
2) Reduce the depth by 25%. This would allow it to be mounted on a trailer, as the length is only roughly 20′, but the depth is a bit over 10′. By using the Murphy bed and re-allocating the available space, you could have a lovely portable home that would be DMV legal in the US.
That said, I love the layout and how the galley/bath are all along one wall. I can definitely see the potential in this design.
I’d take #6 (the laundry) and have a combo w/d that I would move under #7 (the linen); that is, stack the linen and laundry which would open up space so I could move everything else left. Then I’d take the shower part of the bathroom and expand it, put a bathtub at the top (half of the shower area) so one could have a private bathing area for tub or shower behind a glass door. If you wanted privacy in that area, you could run a tube rod across in front of that whole tub/shower area and close it off as if it weren’t even there. Like having a private spa.
Normally, I don’t care for modern, but this is very nice and quite liveable. I’d add a couple of splashes of color (orchid and fushia throw pillows on the sofa) and it would be perfect for my Mom and tiny living.

I think the second pictures is out of scale, the floorplan definitely shows more space than the picture shows.
Alex at that price and if it’s all inclusive it is one of the better deals so far on tiny homes. With a little cut back on materials quality and judicious moving of organization in the Kitchen Cabinet area like some of the comments it works because there are no stairs. If you get rid of your “Stuff” to fit this lifestyle you will find an all in one washer/dryer works as you only do laundry 45 time a year not every day like a lot of people do if they have a laundry room or kids. True it’s almost $200 a sq.ft. like a lot of custom homes that include land.
This arrangement really doesn’t make sense. There’s one bed, seating for three in the living room, and seating for four in the dining. The kitchen cupboards look like the could store alot, more than one or two should need. How many people are supposed to live here? If you want room to entertain, why not use a Murphy bed to free up space? Ceilings are plenty high, how about a bed that drops down like in a toy hauler? 3.25 meters wide = 10.99′, it looks a little narrow, another foot might help. I think the modern design would work better if it were a bit more spacious.

Yes ! too sterile! No personality. I would feel like I was living in a showroom window! No magazines, no kleenex box, nothing to indicate humans live there!
I like. 🙂 The windows and sliding door are the crowning touch to this sweet little home, visually and literally opening it up to an infinite amount of space. They even managed to get a washer and dryer one! The bathroom look nice and roomy too. I didn’t see it at first but there is a rod and curtain between the bedroom area and couch that actually gives you sleeping, dressing and bathroom privacy, though I agree that I’d make it a more functional divider. You could use a murphy-bed if you wanted more floor space or raise the bed for storage below or put a ton of pillows on it for a day bed and extra sitting space, or… so many possibilities! This is a great design offering everything you need while leaving plenty of room to move around comfortably. They did a wonderful job staging this to allow us to easily visualize the surprisingly endless ways to rearrange the interior of this small amount of square footage. another winner!
What are they using for the outside wall cladding? Those grey rectangular pieces.
