Nice spot, but too far out of my way since I live up in Northern Ontario Canada. Too bad this rancher is not here!

This is a great looking area for a TH community and nice that it is being offered. I lived in Oregon as a child and it is a wonderful place.

    OREGON!

Oft times, visitors from claustrophobic rushed areas, such as parts of California or much of fUSA’s east coast, have identical reactions to Oregonians.

It’s known as the “Oregon effect”. Oregonians smile, Oregonians invest their time getting to know you. Maybe it comes from living in a place with more elk than humans.

And there are those “three-minute hippie-hugs”.

A lot of visitors to Oregon can’t handle such an intense feeling of freedom, so they hurry hurry hurry back to their safe place. Then, they notice a gnawing indefinable sense of something missing in their cities and skyscrapers. Something wild. Something open and unfenced. A lingering memory of our species’ primal times, fundamental and necessary.

    YEE HAW!

Beautiful! Do you rent? Or can you buy a small piece of land?
What does it cost to live there monthly?
