they do Theresa. This model starts at 46K and the lengths available are 20-32 ft. I love these tinys since the framing is steel not wood and the outside at you are looking at it is also steel not wood. Hard to burn these babies down. They are also much lighter than their same wood counterparts.

Very nice looking place. I always appreciate steps with a hand rail.
Fantastic bathroom. Plus, I like the built in propane gas/carbon dioxide detector.

I’d give up the tub for a washer dryer!

Alexa, that’s one option… Could maybe find space in the stair storage for a combo unit as another option…

I think there are a few things that could have been done differently but the good thing about custom tiny houses… You can always have them customize it to what you want..

I’m usually not critical in my comments. But, one has to wonder how a stove ends up sitting in front of, and subsequently blocking access to, a cabinet door, when the (professional) tiny home designer/builder started with a blank slate? Things that make you go, “Hmmm.”

Dave, that area holds the water tank and RV type furnace/electrical panel… So not a space you would access often but I generally agree, they didn’t make full use of every sq in of space…

The fridge could have been raised and a storage drawer placed below it… Except for maybe a wall vent, there’s no direct venting of the range/stove… The step between the two drawer steps and the side closet in the stairs, could have been used for additional storage, they didn’t put any storage on the exterior, which would have been a better place to put the battery, etc.

They seem a little behind the curve, many of their models with stairs before this didn’t even have storage… He says in the video that they want to make sure they do it right and at good quality as the explanation…

The steel framing and siding is good for strength and weight, along with longevity, and the features like the temperature controlled shower are nice and high end but they seem to fall a little short on the creativity and multi-use aspect of designing Tiny Houses…

They are a custom builder, though, so the customer can always tell them how they want it designed but it is something to consider…

I’m also not a fan of RVIA certification but that’s a whole other discussion with the pros and cons it offers…

James, You make some great points and observations. Mine was just a simple, “You put a cabinet door on there, and then sat the stove in front.” Like you said, block it off and make that area accessible from the outside. That lack of visible attention to detail may cause a prospective client to wonder about the rest of the structure.

Doesn’t make sense; waisted space beside stove/oven.

Since it is a custom home you should not of requested that design. Oh well you could have a wider stove there now if you wanted instead of a 24″ stove you could have a 30″ one.

This is the first time ever I have commented. I think all the Tiny Homes can be customized by the builders. For this one I would like a shower instead of tub. Put whatever is under the cabinet in the kitchen on the other side of the wall in the bathroom in a cabinet with shelving above that cabinet for linen storage and whatever else. Maybe, if there is still room, you could put a washer dryer beside on the back of the wall too. I prefer a slide door for the bathroom opposed to a regular door. Put the stove at the end of the counter leaving that floor and wall space available for additional shelving or anything else you would like. You can always have something for on top of the stove if you want additional prep space. As someone else mentioned I would like the fridge higher with storage under it. Also, for me I would like stand up room in the loft area (I am short) so the ceiling below it could be lowered. Gee I am asking for changes for a Tiny Home I wish I could have.

Hey Audrey, good post. Yes they do have the option on their site for tub or shower. I like many of your ideas. I particularly like pocket doors instead of regular doors. Since many of the Bathrooms are just off the kitchen, I did see one pocket door that had shelves in it for kitchen goods like spices and other boxes like mac and cheese or other boxed items that were not much wider than 2″. Good ideas, I like my design for the washer/dryer stackables in the bathroom also. Don’t like them in the kitchen.

Yes I like the idea of the washer/dryer in the bathroom. Or maybe near the clothing storage? Hmm! So many options.

I agree Natalie. I am putting hanging storage in the bathroom by the washer and dryer stackables. Next to it will be my water tank that will have a folding counter on top of it and of course the water pump down below with the tank.
