Natasha from Tin Can Homestead worked hard to renovate her ’71 Airstream Sovereign, and now she’s selling it it’s sold.

The Airstream is so beautiful it’s been featured in multiple publications and online, and when you check out the pictures I’m sure you’ll see why. There’s wood flooring, custom birch cabinetry, brass fixtures, adorable honeycomb tiles, a bathroom, skylight and it even comes with five potted plants. Does it get better?

Get all the details about the Airstream (including price!) on the last page, and contact Natasha with questions and offers.

From the seller:

We have poured our love, time & resources into this airstream for the last year-and-a-half and we want to pass it on to new owners that will love it. Our airstream has been featured on @designsponge, @poppytalk, in Sunset Magazine, and it will soon be featured on @apartmenttherapy. We’re also in the midst of publishing a book, with a major publisher, about our airstream renovating journey that will be out in spring 2018.

We designed our vintage airstream mostly for stationary use so it would work wonderfully for a tiny house or for light traveling. It would make a great Airbnb.

Asking $48k (appraisal by airstream professional).

31 FOOT 1971 AIRSTREAM SOVEREIGN FEATURES:
-unique Engineered end-grain wood flooring from @kaswellflooringsystems
-custom birch ply built-in cabinets, daybed, laundry closet, endcap & headboard
-6 month old king size @amerisleep memory foam bed (happy to take it if you don’t want it though)
-brass faucet & ceramic kitchen sink with hexagon tile backsplash.
-brass faucet & ceramic bowl sink in bathroom
-porcelain toilet
-portable AC unit
-four burner range
-live edge wood kitchen shelving
-@anthropologie daybed mattress & matching pillows
-120v wiring
-electric wall heaters in front and rear
-residential plumbing with direct hook ups (water & waste tanks could be added for off grid use if desired. Currently there is no shower but the shower pan is plumbed and installed and water is plumbed into the wall as well. We installed temporary shelving instead of a shower but that could be changed to suit your needs)
-custom skylight and roller shades on all windows
-flash electric water heater
-@schoolhouse brass kitchen rail with hooks & Edison bulb bedroom sconces
-new trailer brakes
-door mounted @letterfolk message board
-will include 5 potted plants 🌱 ♡

Remember that this is a vintage Airstream with little quirks, it is by no means perfect but we love it! We’re located in Seattle, WA. Pick up only. Possession date negotiable (it’s our home & we need to move out first!).

Fantastic! And the price seems quite fair, considering all the work involved. Unnfortunately for me, a bit more than a cab ride from Seattle to Micco, Florida.
