This is very nice with a lot done in a 20′ home.
One item caught my attention and that is the dual axle wheels.
I wonder if a pair of “fender skirts” or nice looking simple panels to hide the wheels (which also would protect the rubber by not being exposed to the sun constantly) would be helpful for over all looks, Not a deal breaker or anything.
It is a nice looking home.

Skirting is normally done when they are placed someplace they will be at least semi-permanently located, if not permanently.

Besides appearance, it also helps winterize, though you do have to be careful of critters trying to make a home underneath and eventually trying to chew/claw their way into the house…

While many also opt to add a deck as well as the skirting to make it look even more like a regular residential home. Some do such a good job that it would be very hard to tell that it wasn’t on a foundation.

Along with setting up supports underneath and removing the wheels if it is a permanent arrangement…

Many builders can provide trailer chassis with removable tongue hitches as well to help remove any outward appearance that it isn’t just a site built house.

While there are many products for Manufactured Houses that allow putting a house with a permanent chassis on a foundation that can also be used on a Tiny House…

Okay they are certain things I don’t like for example the access to the loft. I’d prefer a full stairs. But I am in love with the colour scheme! Turquoise white and wood combo is beautiful. Definitely some good ideas to be taken away there.
