Really good finish. Nice materials. As a senior ladders are out but with a longer trailer a bedroom is possible. Nice kitchen with lots of light. I would have cook top with drawer base and vented micro/Convection over. IKEA 24″ Farm Sink and in place of Door base next a Drawer base. I think the Aged Beams make the house. So with 12′ more in length it could be really nice for seniors on a beach in Mexico, Peru, Ecuador, Chile or even the Panama highlands. Lake Chapala Mexico for us I think..

I can definitely ship out of Country. Cargo containers are not too bad on price. Sometimes less expensive than a tow truck across country.

Mexico? Interesting! It’s much more difficult for Americans to purchase prime real estate there.

One of the nicest I’ve seen. Love the wood beams and the tons of gridded windows. Light and airy and sopihsticated and homesy all at the same time. Very nice. still, all of these trailer ones are just too small for more than one person. How long can you actually live in one of these tiny places before going crazy? I live in 10’x25′ and have for 2 1/2 years, but though it’s great, I do long for a little more “walk around” space. I think the ideabox.com houses are the perfect combination of small-as-you-like, inexpensive, and modern. As well as customizable. There’s a 1200sf model which is perfect, for $169k. All you need is land…

It’s certainly tricky to know exactly how much space you can handle without trying it out beforehand 🙂 My husband and I live in 500 and that seems just about perfect — good walking around space 🙂 — Tiny House Talk Team

I agree with the longer trailer… I think a Gooseneck is a great option as well. I had a certain budget I needed to stay in with with being a model for my start up. I welcome all comments on how I could make it better!
