Five stars for the stars/shelves. Nice sightlines, pleasing combination of color and texture.

Five stars for the STAIRS. Predictive text fail.

It’s so nice to see another build that looks more like a cottage. Though I’ve learned things from all the postings, I’m afraid that cabin look would wear on me rather quickly. This one is quite interesting!

Twas a time when virtually all that was to be had in the US (outside of the big cities) was cabin construction. Didn’t seem to be a problem back then. Believe that it is a case of “y’all get used to it sometime.”

Haha 🙂 Personally I love cabin construction, but it’s all a taste thing! — Tiny House Talk Team

Love the skylight that leads to the deck so you can communicate with Nature and dream under the stars. Lovely.

Is it possible to get the designer web page or contact information? I like the iron looking stairs and shelves

I see so many Tinys as air b&b or basically hotel room rentals….

What is the market niche’? Who are the people who desire to rent a tiny? I have zero interest in renting one of these when there are gorgeous hotel rooms available very inexpensively. Perhaps longer term rentals for transients?

You know Kristina, all these airbnb’s grate on my nerves a bit.

I’ve often wondered why so many are, but I suspect a) for the novelty effect

      or

      b) people seeing whether they could in fact go “that tiny.”

I think Eric is right. It’s cool to say you stayed in a tiny, and they generally fit into a middle of the road price range. Unless I’m getting a 5 star hotel, I think a homey environment like this is more fun. Plus, it’s fun to try out a tiny spot if you aren’t 100% sold on taking the jump. — Tiny House Talk Team

I think the market for them are people who are thinking of going tiny someday, tiny home enthusiasts, there are many of us!

LOVE the looks of this one! Well designed. Could do these stairs, but not every night, unfortunately. Anyway, love this design, just not for me.

How much does this home cost.

I also don’t see why people would rent these instead of a hotel since depending on the area of course the hotel will be cheaper, (if more than I understand) and comes with a list of things…or, if a Tiny sleeps 3-4 thought tight, but then cheaper than Hotel….. Oh and location. If the tiny is in a special location then I could imagine that…

I think the same reason people use Airbnb in general. You get that fun homey feel, and you often get a fun location “off the beaten path” instead of a cheap room in a budget hotel. — Tiny House Talk Team

Any way to abbreviate Tiny House Talk Team? I find it annoying..AND if it is just a general comment could the TINY HOUSE TALK TEAM just leave it alone. I also find “yes :)” unnecessary. Just me… No need to answer- just input..

MIght just be the photography but it seems dark on the inside. Also a strange place for the electircal outlet in the bathroom.

This is the coolest house ever! I would have a sofa instead of chairs, but everything else is beautiful and clever.
