The Soul of a Home, brings the Charisma of its Inhabitants. How many butterflies among them, touching all our hearts but exclusively in a Symphony without end.

I love this tiny house…only thing I’d change is bring in the 4 burner gas stove and oven that the original farmhouse had in it…I told care for the electric glass top burners…I really love that small sectional. I’m getting older (59) and looking down the road…and I can see myself standing at the bottom of the stairs looking up and thinking…do I really have the energy to get up those stairs…lol so that sectional is looking better and better

Haha a sectional that becomes a bed is a great idea!

I have an “old” iron daybed with trundle that would work great for this exact spot. It is a sofa during day then pull out (hidden) trundle for single sleeping, push against main frame as double bed or use as two twin beds. It’s also a real space saver and looks good too!

No way a sectional is a real pain to sleep on. give me a real bed and get rid of the loft.

Very nice house. If I were younger, and could climb stairs, I would use this plan. I do like the storage stairs , love the sectional, really like the bathroom.

Very nice. Anyone know the manufacturer of the sofa?

Michele asked about the sofa…The sofa looks exactly like our gray sofa from IKEA that we absolutely love. It does become a double bed very easily. It is very comfortable & has held up extremely well (2 adults, kid & big dog)! We always get lots of compliments on it. 🙂 :):)
In any case, I really do like the interior of this-seems like a very lovely cottage!!! :):):)

Out of all the tiny homes I’ve viewed, this is my absolute favorite because of its layout. Great use of space….and stairs!

Love the kitchen and bathroom. I would have a daybed in place of the sectional, no loft, and 8 foot ceilings. Nice pad to spend one’s retirement years in.

I love this! The blue gray color is inviting, although I might throw some red or yellow in just for pops of color (like I’m a decorator, NOT! LOL). The sectional looks like one of the few comfortable ones I’ve seen, and looks like it could sleep 2 kids or 1 adult. I find this very cozy and somehow soothing.
