Exterior siding is Cypress ship lap, 36 Gallon fresh water tank, 21 Gallon Gray water holding tank, 21 Gallon black water tank. Custom built trailer frame for this trailer. Two 3500lb axels and tires, x chock tire locking chocks. Surburban 6 gallon fast recovery 2 way, 110v and gas hot water heater, with switch. Dometic model RM2451 5-cf. 2-way refrigerator, 110v or gas. Two burner gas stove top. Folding two step RV entry steps. Quiet Flojet water pump, Domestic china bowl toilet. PD4000 Power Control Center with built in charge wizard to maintain battery. Large full size shower. Large aluminum kitchen sink. Automatic Deluxe Fan-Tactic Ceiling Fan Vent. Interior walls, floor and ceiling insulated. Interior walls and ceiling is hand cut and finished pine. Custom bunk twin beds in front section with door. Storage in cabinets at ends of beds. 110v ceiling fan. Custom design roof truses. Lots of windows for that open area feeling, all single hung dual pane that open. Back pourch with custom hand cut ceader railing. Exterior and interior 12v lighting. Custom dinette with fold down to make a bunk for sleeping. Four 5000lb scissor leveling jacks, one each corner. Husky 12v 3500lb hitch jack. Woven wood shades on all windows and exterior doors. Mini split 9000 BTU Ductless AC and Heat system, very quiet. Rustic Red 40 year metal roof. 2-20lb propane tanks.

    This looked cool but it was hard to tell cause there wasn’t a pic of the overall place. I liked the rustic look of it. It looked like it might have been a little different. In a good way 🙂

    I don’t consider the inside great, except for the sink/stove counter and the outside woodwork, which I like. I am not overly fond of that huge fan over head either. Where is the bathroom?

    Might be the first THOW I’ve seen that seems perfectly priced for what they built.
