This is the story of Richard Ward’s new 54 sq. ft. tiny house on wheels that ‘expands’ to 120 sq. ft.!

It’s called the Terraform 3 and surprisingly, it has everything he needs to live full time while traveling around the United States. Richard’s goal was to build a tiny house that was easy to get around with.

By the way, he originally lived in a 250 sq. ft. tiny house but decided that was too big so he sold it and downsized into this 54 sq. ft. tiny!

Please enjoy the full tour, learn more, and re-share below. Thanks!

I love this tiny house! The interview was great – I loved Richard’s admission that he meant it to be slightly wider 😃.
Enjoy your travels. I am sure the beach will be great!

There’s also another video on the Go Downsize channel, covers more details on the construction and the things that have led him to this…

He did an excellent job on his micro home, but how does he adjust the temperature? How does he heat it and cool it?

It’s very minimal, he simply travels to good weather locations and doesn’t stay long in any one location…

I remember seeing his original house & if I remember right, Richard is an avid cyclist. Where does he keep his bike now?

That is a glorified teardrop, I can’t call that a house, it is a shelter. He can’t call it a house, he can’t even stand up in it fully. It might work for him, and allows him to travel, but come on. It is nice and has some good idea’s but it is not a house.
