Cute tiny home. I wish companies would show us a BASE HOUSE for the base price instead of the version that costs nearly $20,000 more! It would very helpful to see what you actually get for $39,995 without the add ons. We’re always shown an expensive version at which point I throw up my hands and say “I can’t afford a tiny house” I might as well rent my apartment forever. Show us the affordable version and maybe we’ll check out your company. The add ons are great and give great ideas. For those of us who can’t build our own tiny house and are beholden to those that build, show us what’s affordable and why your company makes the best affordable home.

When I started looking at purchasing a Tiny House, I looked at Tiny Mountain Homes. Lou was awesome! He took us to see the manufacturing of the homes and I loved their models. They are a great family business and if I get another house it will be from them.

I had a custom house built and know what the extras cost and Tiny Mountain Homes are reasonably priced.

Very nice… Yes I’d like to see what’s left out for 20,000 less… And put comfy couch and larger fridge cause if u cook often that’s not gonna work at all though very cute indeed.. Yes I know larger fridge cost more. I just bought a normal size stainless steel brand new for $500.

its cute indeed and shows how efficient it is to put kitchen and bathroom on opposite ends.
I would replace the upper storage beside the entrance by a a self closing drawer runner or replace it by more counter space.
Fridge is a bit small and opens to wrong side. My suggestion, a full size one with freezer opposite of the entrance and add a window between counter space and cupboards.
The storage under the bench is nice but requires crawling to get stuff from there. Again drawers would be my preference.
Bathroom uses space perfect and the toilet is an alternative to expensive composting ones.
I would use the multipurpose closet as wardrobe, replace the loft by a lift up bed above living space which would allow to reduce overall height.
Like the windows with integrated blinds.
    Well done for 18′ THOW.

I don’t know, but something seems out of place here, unless it’s demo model TH. Hope there are plans that ideas can be added to one’s taste.

Since this isn’t the base model, I think there’s a good chance you could customize 🙂 — Tiny House Talk Team
