I sooo love this cottage. It is perfect inside and has a breathtaking view outside. Nice acreage. Id buy it in a heartbeat. How close to a main road or city?

Beautiful place. The location vista is tremendous…looks more like a place located in Florida or Georgia. Could so comfortably live out the rest of my days in this house. Hate to think what the taxes are up New England on place like this.

Just adorable! This is a real gem, the best of both worlds! The cottage is just so cozy & cute inside! I love everything about it! But I noticed while viewing they don’t have a fire place or wood stove. I did not see any radiators, or baseboards. How do you heat your home in the winter?
I love the view of the lake and the landscaping by the lake it is just lovely! Thank You for sharing! Just loved it! 🌻🌸🌺🌼

Hmm that’s a great question, Carol! Maybe it’s usually just used in the summer?

I just checked both the Estately listing and Realtor.com, and believe it or not, it says there is NO heating OR cooling in this house. Hot water, yes, but no heating or a/c.
