A condo with HOA fees. But having lived on Siesta Key–this might be an ok deal as far as THAT area is going for now. Florida is not what it used to be–too crowded. And as more people are retiring and moving there–I don’t enjoy watching everyone slurping their foods with a spoon. Out of control housing pricing–we’re seeing another bubble forming before our eyes. Still I miss what it was…need a good huricane!

Ooooh jm, that’s a bit rough. Is there “anything” good about a good hurricane?

But back to the house/villa… gotta love the external colour, looks like a baby messed its nappies (sorry, diapers to you USofA’ers).

But the house in and of itself looks pretty ok, with a few furniture items and some different colours that is. Well for me anyway.

Yeah, it definitely needs some redecoration to look more beachy. $60/month condo fee isn’t that bad, but it’s half of a duplex, so it’s not very private. $200K is a lot for this home. Surely there are much better options all along the Atlantic or Gulf coast.

It’s a fun bright green! Haaha… no nappies! — Tiny House Talk Team

Oh yeah Eric you from New Zealand? Lucky you-so beautiful there…
Oh my, I must agree the whole inside needs to be redone….
And yes, Florida not the same anymore.
Just came from Florida and near the interstate saw more than one RV park… Wanted to stop but couldn’t to see if any TH’s parked there! 🙂 they were certainly packed in there tightly I noticed….
