To save anyone else time this home is Hamilton, MT in the Bitterroot Valley. The nearest airport is Missoula, MT. Took me a bit to determine this information. Minimum stay is 3 nights; no pets.

Very very nice. Being well over 60 I love the no loft build.

Love the unique exterior. The interior is clever but, for me, would benefit from color washed walls. It is a perfect retreat for when you need to get away from everything and enjoy solitude.

I like it a lot. Comfortable looking, especially no loft bed. At 70,loft is not good for me. So,I like it and like some one said,it can be finished to your money!!!!

Like many of you I’m over 65 and am curious if there are federal funds to develop the property, roads, electric, plumbing, for a senior village. I am looking at Amish built out buildings up to 12×36 for under $9000. Then finishing the interior. Thoughts?

Wow! Just love the inside of this tiny house. It has a lot of multitasking storage that also hides a bed. I like that.
I think the bathroom needs more work as well as the looks on the outside. All in all, looks great and good work!

One thing to remember when reading ‘try out tiny house living’ is the style of the tiny house plays a huge role in whether someone will like tiny house living.

Personally, a tiny house person the style shown doesnt appeal to me, whereas a more clean, white interior with a very modern feel does. So people should try tiny house living in a place that fit their style.
