Wish it had been copied at 150% at least. Looks nice, but cannot see detail. Thanks, Bev.

I enlarged it on my computer. Don’t know how yours works, but mine is control/shift/+ Worth doing: it is a truly ingenious design!

I like it. Finally someone using a Murphy bed AND knows that when stowed, it still requires space (12″+/-).

The only thing I’ll say negatively is that you do not need 6″ walls around the outside. If you use 2×4 studs, you can get about an R15 in the wall cavity and you can use 1/4″ – 1/2″ wall material. So you would have a maximum of 4″ walls (the exterior sheathing can hang over the side of the trailer so no need to inset the studs from the edges of a trailer). This alone will free up 4″ of additional interior space (each way). Just think of all you can do with 4 extra inches of width and length!

I like your design. However a TH this size would be better served with a single sink. I would put a single sink where the toilet is now. Then you would have water beside the kettle and cooking area. I’m assuming there is gas or hot plate where the kettle is.

The toilet would be relocated where the sink is now. You can still get a 3×4 shower with the 4′ along the north wall. If the bathroom door is strong enough you could mount a fold down table to be used as extra counter space. Otherwise, if two people occupied this space it could be a temporary desk. If only one person’s home then the Murphy bed could be 36″ or 48″ thus leaving space to allow getting out of bed via the side. Thus not having to walk/crawl across the mattress or your partner to get out of bed. I like the fact it has 8′ high ceilings. This is better for towing.

Overall, I am impressed with the storage in your design. It also has a cooking area more suitable to the size of a 12′ TH. Good work!

Really like this. So much thought and detailed work. So well thought through. Especially the orientation for the sun. Morning sun streaming in through the east window to a wake you, all day sun pouring in, then evening sun through the west window as you eat your evening meal at the raised table. Well done Lee.
