Very sharp. Love the set up. The ladder is the only draw back for me , I am 67 and not as nimble as I once was. Are there hook ups for TV, Computers, or ports for recharging one’s phone? Is there a fan in the bathroom for venting purposes?

    Natalie,
Since you are a lover of Tiny Houses, AND coffee, you need to look up Story Coffee House in Colorado Springs. It is an amazing Tiny House Coffee Shop that you WILL want to visit!!!!

Beside the loft and ladder I like it. Don’t see a need for a loft in a THOW of that side. It makes proportion ugly because the width- height ratio doesn’t fit. Lofts are great for kids.
My time enjoying such spaces are gone and I wanna wait a bit to
    get to coffin feeling.

Could it be that folks are only looking at photos of this THOW instead of reading about it as well? The bedroom is DOWNSTAIRS. The loft is second bedroom or storage space.

Yes, I too am not fond of lofts for the same reason many have; I am no longer ‘nimble’, as one of your readers puts it. But the loft is a great space for storage and also if a grand child should want to escape to visit for a bit 🙂 I do love the colour choices, inside and out, for this tiny house… the colours give it style and class that I find really attractive.
