    Hi Dan,

What is the dry weight of you tiny home and also do you have holding tanks and if so where do you mount them? Thanks and awesome job! I really like the openness of this design…..

      Hi Rod,

I haven’t weighed the house yet but from others experience I expect it to come in around 6000 lbs. I will definitely weigh it though when I move it as this is the most common question I am asked.

No storage tanks. It is hooked up to an RV hose for supply (although you could use an external tank if you wanted)and city sewer or septic for waste. There are other options too if you wanted to go off grid.

      Thanks

      Dan

you mentioned possible sale…is this house for sale? Can you write and tell me its location and cost please? Is it insulated and heated for winter climate?

      Hi Sidini,

This house is listed for sale. I have it up at tinyhousemarketplace.com for $36,000. It is currently located in DeLand Fl but we can deliver it to your location. It currently has an AC unit in it but that could easily be switched out for a heater if the house will be located someplace with a colder climate. The insulation used (closed cell) is the most efficient insulation that I know of and the windows are all double paned.

If you have any other questions you can email me directly at [email protected]

      Thanks

      Dan

Could you make both responses to the above post public? I an interested in the answers to both post. Sale price, holding tanks, cold climate insulation?
