All sheathing & flooring is glued as well as nailed or screwed to wood framing. . OSB is used on roof and walls as it is stiffer than plywood. Plywood is used in loft floors and on main floor as it holds up to foot traffic better. Belly pan of main floor is also plywood.

This is perfect for me. How much does it cost? Can you deliver to CT?

Such a pretty shell, love that blue and white. I really dig the front door look outside, but can’t help but think it’s a waste of space on the inside, nothing to really put next to each side of the door, least if the door is to the right or left you can put a table or couch there … right ?

You could put coat tree and a small bench seat, or tapestry chair on one side (to take off boots or shoes if you don’t want to wear them in the house,) and on the other side you could put a small, narrow “hall” table with a nice vase and (silk) floral arrangement on it. It would give you something wonderful to look at all the time (very uplifting.)

We pulled this blue and white one about 20 miles with a half ton pickup with no problems, but of course, it is only the shell.

Love the blue and white; so crisp and clean looking. And the entry way is simply gorgeous. If this is finished off inside properly, this could be a real beauty; lots of promise.

It has a Cape Cod style to it. Like the angled wall each side of the door.
