Now this is excellent!! Transitioning into this home would be a snap! So well planned out. Nothing seems to be 1/2 size or 3/4 size yet very roomy, lots of storage. Nice open concept.

This is the best placement of stairs I have seen so far for getting them out of the way and creating storage space as well. However, the prices on THOWs these days is prohibitive… not to mention the problem of zoning for them. I was all set to purchase a tiny house several years ago but when I learned how difficult it was (even now) to put them on a piece of property, I gave up. Since that time the prices have skyrocketed !! Goodbye my tiny home!!

The zoning is a problem across North America, cities and municipalities are shy about giving permits and make zoning modifications, its all a question of revenue for them.

OK, gotta say, as a Minnesota Twins fan I love the HOME PLATE in the bathroom floor. Also love the flag made out of baseball bats and the stairs with actual drawers.

I love houses like this where they use every little bit of available space in order to create some more storage… That means someone is thinking….!
