Hobbit Yurt in Essex

I ran into this yurt which they call the Hobbit Yurt in Essex. It seems like a really nice campsite to relax, learn, and have fun in. You can tent camp or rent one of their yurts. Well, this particular one stood out for me so I’ll show it to you here and I’ll provide you with the link to their site so you can check out the rest, learn about their rates, and everything else that they offer. Here is some information on it directly from their website:

This very cute Yurt was hand made by a talented local guy called Mark. We hope to get him along to host a Yurt making course here at Wowo to pass on his talent, something not to be missed. It is a 12ft Yurt suitable for one couple with one double bed only. Set in our secluded wooded Tipi Trail, (see camping areas) this is the perfect romantic getaway. This Yurt is perfect for winter camping as it will heat up quickly and fortunately we are open all year round! You have your own fire pit outside right next to the river and also an empty field opposite to gaze across at or use as a playing field during the day.

Might we see the gypsy wagon pics? 🙂 as for the Yurt, it seems they actually made it themselves from the small type branches rather than buying something, I like that. Outhouse or a porta potty? Solar shower perhaps? Outdoor shower? Ty for sharing this with us. I felt someone should at least let you know we are indeed looking at it. For a yurt it’s nice though small. tc and GBU Happy Trails!
