I am surprised this house exists, it would violate bluff setback requirements in every jurisdiction I have seen, did it have a permit for building? We had someone try the same thing here in the next door county, built on a gorgeous bluff without a permit, cost him $80,000 to remove it.

    We not be long at
We not belong at the category winning or loser, because we are free spirits, for this we love, and is all wonderful.

I spoke with Alex several years ago when tiny houses were just starting up. Were tiny homes ever built on Santa Rosa or a Russian River?

It is a beautiful cabin, but I’m concerned about the water around it. . stable ground so close like that?

I never thought I could live off grid but this place and those views have me definitely changing my mind. Absolutely breathtaking.

I LOVE this rustic getaway, but the stairs to the loft scare the heck out of me. WHY did the builder not put in conventional stairs? What was his/her reasoning for putting in those crazy steps? That’s an accident waiting to happen right there.
