Beautiful House….! And look at that price, more than fair….! This is just one more builder that proves that houses don’t need to be priced astronomically and the cost of building these houses is not what all those other builders want you to believe….! You can own a beautiful house of more than ample size, and it need not be priced so that you will be as equally in debt as if you were to buy a house of triple the size and equal in debt….! So take a good look you nay sayers ….!

This is a beautiful home! We actually saw this home at the Tiny House Roadshow in Birmingham and it was my favorite. Very efficient floor plan, and every detail was first class!

This is one of the best designs I’ve ever seen. It’s VERY liveable. Fantastic kitchen, bath and a washer dryer! Plus two areas to sleep and a ceiling fan. No precarious ladder. Storage galore. Well done.
I’d love to see some kind of outdoor space if possible. retractable awning, at the very least?
Plus a version with solar installed. I’ve seen another from Alabama Tiny Homes which was remarkable as well. I’m thinking this company is one of the better designers around as far as knowing what people want and DON’T want for a home.
When you have a dog or tend to wee at night, a ladder and loft isn’t ideal.
Neither is having to go to a laundrymat.

    Hi,
Could you please tell me if this beautiful little tiny house is still for sale? Also would like to know if it could be moved? Looks like it can just want to be sure. We live in Colorado.
    Thank you,
    Tara and Curtis

If it has wheels, which it does, and if it has a hitch, which it does, it can be moved. Transportation, of course, could be expensive so it is best that you contact the builder to determine whether you should go and get it or have them ship it to you.

Agree w/Zachary M. This is one of the best designed, love that beautiful kitchen and the bathroom is not next to the kitchen.

Personally, for my taste, I’m less intrigued by designs that look like mini-suburban housing. Too cold. But different strokes for different folks….

Very nice indeed. At last, a designer who put the bathroom near the bedroom rather than off of the kitchen. Plus, if one was inclined, the downstairs LR could be the main bedroom and place the LR in the loft. I can only see one negative situation and that is the “One Giant Step” to get to the loft. Actually, there are two of those. One at the beginning of the stairway and one at the end. Those of us with short legs might have difficulty navigating those two steps.

To separate the LR from the Kitchen would only require a portable screen of sorts, especially when the BR is in use on the lower level. Plus, if one was inclined to do so, a small cot could be placed in the large bathroom for a child or even maybe the pet dog/cat.

The bottom step has an additional step that pulls out…it’s very easy to navigate. And the large “step” that you see in these tiny houses at the top of the staircase is actually designed that way for easier access. Because these lofts are not tall enough to walk around that “step” actually makes it very easy for you to hit the loft on your knees and when leaving it makes it easy to toss your legs over while on your bottom.

I wonder if there are designs for the physically impaired with no steps and room for a proper recliner or lounge

Looking for a space / closet for hanging clothes. Where I live winter coats, boots, scarf, gloves are needed 1/2 the year. Maybe there is one and I’m just not seeing it. Love the kitchen!

There is actually a walk in closet in the bathroom.

    Clancy and crew,

We like your ‘U’ kitchen on an end-wall. Ideal. Very usable, and just a few steps from the entry to unload arms.

    Nice size and form. Thanks!

    2) Please, for your next video, consider zooming-out instead of close-ups of details. A bigger view might allow viewers to engage imaginations!

I am looking for a builder and a community park in tennessee where I live. I like the design on this TH but need only one level since I cannot do the steps to a loft. Does not need to be that tall either. Do you have any info on financing and parks in Tn? My house is under water so no money there…need to finance most of the TH. Thank you Mary

This layout with the bathroom and kitchen at opposite ends has always been my favorite. It allows for plenty of room and the middle section is tall and airy. I love the pull out bed tucked under. I want one of these.

Hi, this was a really pretty house. The video could have been better. I’m glad they had pictures too otherwise it would have been hard to visualize. Just wanted to put that out there for the next time you do a video. It needs to be taken from further away. I love the white interior. You have everything you need in this big tiny home. The trundle is a good idea.

This is a beautiful home but the video really stinks! I got dizzy watching it, good thing the photos would sell it.

Lovely first of all. But I don’t get the staggered roofline, that only cuts into the space on the inside of the house.

Also, to keep people from tripping, all steps should have the same rise. There appears to be 6 steps, the first too look huge (one is tucked up inside the second) and the last one also appears to be huge with the loft only a tiny bit higher. It could just be the pictures though.

I’m curious, is that pull-out bed a Queen or a Full/Double? I DO like the fact that the bathroom is over the pull-out bed, but this is where that elevation roofline bump disrupts the bathroom otherwise, just imagine having the shower in the other corner and think of how much more room you’d have in there. The closet isn’t pictured here, but the video tries to show it…but not really. At least there is a closet (inside the bathroom). There appears to be lots of room in the bathroom, so why someone would use such a tiny sink is beyond me. (Why go microscopic when small will suffice?).

All in all, it is a beautiful build and the craftsmanship looks great too. I just wonder why certain things are done a certain way and it must be the person who commissioned the build.

Not sure exactly, but it’s probably the maximum 13 ft. — Tiny House Talk Team

I like the design and colors. However, a loft isn’t on my wish list but reduced height instead is more convenient for towing.
Bathroom and kitchen are placed well. Both are for sure a pleasure when used. I agree on to put a slightly bigger bathroom sink.
Dining table seems to me a bit too tiny because the kitchen allows to cook real meals. A working space should be added.
    Well done.
