I’d much rather have that nice big front window on a part of the home where I *don’t* want privacy, instead of where it’ll give anyone a lovely (NOT!) view of me bathing and peeing. :-( I wonder how easy it’d be to swap the bathroom to the back end?

Also, if you made your “great room” couch a pull-out futon, you could lower the roof, eliminate the loft, and have a more accessible bed and a lower towing profile…

Amy I am so happy to hear your opinions. I am in the process of building another tiny home and I am doing just what you suggested. I am hoping some nice person will enjoy it when it is finished. I live in a great winter weather state but haven’t found people who are interested in tiny house living here yet. Maybe when I get it done someone will come that wants it………hoping.

I downloaded this because it’s just so cute, Diane, and wish now that I had had a rounded roof put on my house. This has so many cute details. I’m glad to hear that you’re changing the second one, because tiny houses without lofts are difficult to find. Sounds crazy. So, I designed my own. I can’t wait to see the floor plan and all. I may be designing a new one for income, and this may do the job for me. Thanks!
