This is the Fair House, a park model tiny house sold by Pratt Homes in Texas.

Although Pratt Homes can supply a number of floor plans, I really love this one. It’s great for one or two people and it has everything you need on the ground floor! Plus the spacious front deck is perfect for sipping lemonade.

Very nice layout and I really like it. However, having the television in that position is not a very wise decision. As anyone who cooks regularly knows that anything in close proximity to a stovetop gets moisture and oil particulars on it. I would turn the sofa around to visually divide the two rooms and mount the television on the wall between the two windows.

I just love this. Everything about it is just so very nice. The style, the colors, the layout and size is wonderful. The price is very in range. Wonder if its only in TX. I will have to look at these.

I didn’t notice, but seems to be manufactured homes. I thought they were stick built. So am now disappointed. They are very nice, but would prefer it site built.

Yes I’m afraid most park models are manufactured homes.

Hay a very nice Tiny House without question, but when I don’t see a price, and when I go to their website looking for the price, I can’t find it, I know I won’t be able to afford it either…! Hay not their fault, it’s just probably priced higher then most can afford, and they don’t want to hurt your feelings right…? Naaaa…!

In the bullet points on the last page of this tinyhousetalk it says “starting at under $50k”. Not an exact price, but its a help. 😉

Love, Love, Love the Park size model homes. I already live in a smaller home. 1000 sq. ft. And planing to go smaller for my retirement. I love looking at all the tiny homes but, Park size is as small as I plan to live in. Especially since I plan to buy some land and my sister live in one and I the other. This model is great. I also visited the builders page and would like to take what I love best about each of them and have them custom built to me and my sisters taste.

If you want something custom then you’d be better off going to an actual Tiny House builder…

These are Park Model RV’s… They’re made to look like cabins and cottages but they’re still travel trailers and are built in a factory… The floor plan may have some leeway that they could customize but it’s mostly one size fits all and they have to stick to certain parameters to stay within the RVIA building code…

They specifically don’t go over 400 sq ft because anything from 400-500 sq ft has to be built to HUD building code, the same as modular houses…

But you could easily take the images of what you like to an architect, have them design it to your desires and then take the plans to any builder you like… Having premade plans also helps get more accurate cost estimates and you can see for yourself what should and shouldn’t be in the budget…
