This home is really lovely! I wish I had one! Much of the space is utilized well. I love that the washer is in the kitchen where you can multi task. I like there is a full size fridge with a great deal of storage. The lofts are both a good size for a family or for people that work from home. A really nice gem!

Now that is Very Sweet. Wish had handrails along the side of stairs. Lovely home. I would live in.

Carefully check out the 13th picture from the top. It’s not a full on handrail, but is a partial. I don’t know if there are others that go with it or not. But certainly, if you want a wall mounted banister, you could have one put in; no problem!

Another well thought out winner for Brevard! The under floor storage is getting to be a regular thing for you. LOL. This tiny house is long enough to to allow easily for 2 steps up to the living sera and a step down to the bathroom and closet. A shorter house probably would not work for this “split level” approach. I have a couple of questions: first, in your “Sunnyside” house, which I love, the cooktop and the microwave or convection oven is hidden in a closet. Where are these appliances in this house? Secondly, am I right in thinking there is an office in the end of the house with the bathroom and closet? You really need to show that space off a bit. It’s genius! Nicely done – it’s terrific!

Has everything one can want…including the wee office. Real stairs to the sleeping loft, extra storage. I like. The only problem I see in the whole package? The refrigerator handles were not switched over.

I have been always wondering about storage lofts, It may work when parked but underway? A double floor brings the weight down where it should be. Beside that I am asking myself why I need a sleeping loft in a 30′ tiny home which makes it high only. And for easier towing I would go for a gooseneck.
    Otherwise it looks great.

Your tiny house is really nicely done!! Your offer so many great features. The kitchen is really cute, love the color of your cabinets, awesome farmers’s sink! I like the fact you have an office tucked away especially if your working from home you have privacy away from distractions from other family members. Wow! Awesome loft area, that is huge!! You have actually room to move, which you don’t normally see in other tiny homes. Before I forget I love all of your storage areas. Great house! Thanks for sharing!! Carol Perry

I like this home but I think there should be some changes. First in the kitchen I would remove washer under the stairs and put a refrig under there and where the frig is put a stove. Next where the small office is would be the laundry room. BTW how much is this home going for?

Oh! I forgot to say that I don’t like the dark wood. I would have a light color wood instead. I think the dark wood makes the space look smaller.

Great design inside and out. Love the storage in the floor. The only negative for me is the refrigerator door should open from the opposite side than shown in the photo.

Another beautiful home. I am looking forward to having one in 5 years when I am retired. My Mama always said, If you can not say something nice keep your mouth shut. Building something is an art. Don’t insult the artist. If you ever get around to actually building something , then you will have the chance to show off your great taste I have gotten many great ideas from all the different homes I have seen here. . Mine of course will be perfect for me.

      Thanks, Keith! Well said..

I think it’s all in how you say it, too. If you have an idea, feel free to share it. Just don’t do it in a harsh/criticizing manner. Be constructive and nice about it, instead and your ideas will be welcomed instead of coming off as insulting.
