If you’ve been looking for the right tiny house for sale, this might just be it…

There’s a 3′ x 4′ porch to use before you enter the 8′ x 24′ home on wheels.

Donna’s dream 192 sq. ft. tiny house is only a little over a year old.

It was built by Scott Stewart at Slabtown Customs in Mountainview, Arkansas.

The reason she’s selling it is because she’s having knee problems and can no longer use the sleeping loft.

So she’s getting a Park Model home that way she can have more space for a downstairs bedroom.

Donna’s Tiny House For Sale

I encourage you to check out the rest, get the price, location and take a video tour below:

The little home has features like a built in couch, window seat with storage, closet, and full size bathroom.

In the living room the built in couch not only has built in storage but it also converts into a good sized bed for guests.

There’s also a kitchen with a refrigerator, convection oven, and microwave. You can see it all in the video below.

Video Tour (interior)

Right now it’s located in a gated lake community at Lake Fork, Alba, Texas and will need to be moved by the buyer.

For sale for $19,900. This is a really nice tiny house I think it’s very livable full-time.

Contact Donna Crim if you’re seriously interested. Ph. 254/717-6719 or Policemanlady802@yahoo.com.

Price doesn’t include delivery as far as I’m aware. She said buyer responsible for delivery. So you gotta go pick it up or hire someone to go pick it up.

Alex I can not find the Silver Light Fixtures. I found them in 2006 and have never found them again can you put out a BOLO? They are not brushed stainless and I think they might be Nickle plate but not brushed as they looked shiny like old silverware. I would love to fine some door handles and faucets/Shower Heads a well. I am looking to put them all in the French Quarter Design project. Also any ceiling fresco’s you might suggest.
